Summer 2025: Indigenous Pacific Northwest
Over the past 27 years, Grace Art Camp has metaphorically travelled the globe, learning about art, story, landscape, and traditions from regions far and wide. This year, we are returning to the land we currently live upon, and the people who were here first. “People, Salmon, Land, Big River” is about local lifeways of people in tribes of the Pacific Northwest. Stories, materials, animals that live here and foods that grow here will be celebrated through artmaking and earth tending. From ceramics to glass to gardens and murals, we’ll practice slowing down, reciprocity and sustainability.
