There’s art everywhere! Today, many of the studios focused on types of animals in Haiti! 🦁🐯🐠 We painted, sculpted, drew, danced, and stop-motioned our way through this colorful Tuesday! 🌈☀️

Here’s just a little snippet of what we did today at camp in the printmaking studio! 🐙🐠🦀 Taking inspiration from sea life around Haiti, we made these colorful prints! 🌈
Today, day 1 of week 2, has been a day for reconnecting with old friends, as well as making new ones! 😊 were diving right into making art and learning new songs, including “Ayiti”! (Haitian Creole for Haiti, pronounced ah-ee-tee) 🎶 You can check out some of the lyrics on the second slide above! 🌅
Wow! 🌅 This week we have not only made art, but we’ve really started to see a little community coming together here at camp! 💙 We can’t wait to celebrate with our own kanaval tomorrow 😄
